The Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team is the Los Santos Police Department’s elite tactical unit, specially trained to handle the most dangerous and high-risk situations. When conventional policing isn’t enough, SWAT steps in—executing high-risk warrants, handling hostage rescues, neutralizing armed threats, and providing critical support during riots and barricade situations.
